Shipping and Returns
Stylessencej.com provides a tracking number for all shipped items, it may take up to 4 business days before the item is shipped. Orders must be over CAD $149 pre-tax to qualify for Free Shipping within Canada. If multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined.
Canada:
Shipments within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, Fed Ex and UPS and the delivery time may vary for 4-12 business days depending on the postal code. Rural Canada may have a longer delivery time. We may choose a different courier service than originally selected by you at checkout. No additional shipping charges will be charged if we decide to use a different courier.
USA:
Shipments going to the United States are shipped via Tracked Package service of Canada Post, Fed Ex or UPS on our discretion depending on your destination address. We may choose a different courier service than originally selected by you at checkout. No additional shipping charges will be charged if we decide to use a different courier.
Continental USA: Express Post or Fed-Ex may take 4 -14 Business Days. For Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico it may take longer.
International:
We currently do not accept orders outside Canada and the USA.

RETURN POLICY:
Items that are on FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Stylessencej.com allows 14 days for the return of regular and sale priced merchandise for a full refund starting from the day the merchandise was received by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that IN-STORE return policies are different from ONLINE store purchases. Visit our store for more IN STORE policy details.
Stylessencej.com is not responsible for return shipping costs including any additional shipping fees such as customs duties, courier brokerage. etc. If the package is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer and the package is returned or the customer declines the package at delivery all shipping charges and costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Items being returned must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Items must have their original tags. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Stylessencej.com has the right to deny refunds if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.
RE-STOCKING FEES:
If the item is returned in used, damaged, altered, or not in original condition with all tags and packaging intact Stylessence Fine Jewellery will charge a RE-STOCKING FEE of 25% of the original price.
Unfortunately, Stylessencej.com is unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style or price, we recommend first sending the item back for a full refund (if the return falls under the above requirements/time frame), then purchase your desired item through the website as a separate transaction.
Returns must be authorized by Stylessencej.com in advance. Customers must contact us before proceeding with the return by emailing Stylessencej@gmail.com and you will be provided with a return authorization number as well as return shipping instructions. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package being returned. Stylessencej.com is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggests using a courier service that provides a tracking number.
United States:
Returns from the United States must be shipped via the United States postal service with insurance and tracking number provided to Stylessencej.com.
All returned items should be declared as a ‘Return of Canadian Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. Returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.

Shipping:
We offer delivery service to any city in Canada or the United States. All packages shipped by us are with Tracking Numbers and Delivery Confirmation Signatures for our customer's security. All prices listed herein are in Canadian currency. We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MASTER CARD, Interact e-Transfer, American Express, and Paypal
Product availability:
The items available on Stylessencej.com are subject to change. Stylessencej.com has gone through extensive efforts to integrate its stock in real-time with the web store. Despite this effort, items that appear available on the web-store might be out of stock. If this occurs, Stylessencej.com will refund the complete amount and the customer will be notified immediately of this transaction reversal.
Stylessencej.com has a wide selection of product which may not be available at the store.
Order cancellation:
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, the discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.
Customers may cancel or make changes to their order as long as the order has not been processed or shipped at our warehouse. To cancel, or make any changes, customers must contact us through our customer service telephone number or email address:
Once the item has been shipped customer can still return the item in its original brand new condition as shipped without any damage by obtaining a Return Authorization before sending the item back. Any item returned without obtaining a return authorization may not be processed. Any package returned to us for nonacceptance upon delivery will be charged all shipping costs (both ways) incurred and a 10% restocking fee.
