We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it back to us before the 14 days are over. Returns received after the 14 days period will not be accepted.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Also, products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Re-Stocking Fee
If an item is received in nonoriginal condition, used or damaged your return may be declined and the item will be disposed off. If some components are missing like tags, instruction manuals, etc. we may charge you a 25% re-stocking fee and process your return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Free Gift
Items which come with a Gift with purchase are to also be returned if the item bought is returned in its original condition with all tags, manuals and packaging. If the item is returned without the gift being returned or returned with any damage or missing items a full selling price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
